Chromatics (of Materials)

Chemicals mixed into pigments work by absorbing some light and reflecting the rest.

    Yellow pigment absorbs all blue light, reflecting red and green.
    Blue pigment absorbs all red and green light, reflecting blue.
    ...but Yellow + Blue pigment reflects only green? Still confusing...
